Day 5......Later Later

Phew almost there........12 cards over 6 days.....and today is day 5 which means cards 9 and 10....Later.....Later.  The image reminds one of warm sunny days....enjoying being outside, relaxing with lots of me time............feel better just thinking about it!

I have paper pieced the front of the radio on both cards.  Used a template to cut out stars, coloured candi with pro markers for an exact match.  A little baker's twine and faux stitching and job done.  The two cards were really quick and easy to make.  I can honestly can say that I have found it a delightful change to be creating so many male cards - they are so less complicated than creating designs for us girls......now is that a good observation or not.........will have to have a little think!  Last 2 cards tomorrow..............xxGaynor

Day 4 and it's DIY

The thought of decorating - paint, paper and mess definitely worries me..................but I found it so relaxing creating the cards.....................We have a young cat who loves to stretch up the wallpaper in the kitchen and create her wonderful "art".......How bad do we let it get before our ladders come out and we repaper.....not going to worry about it at the moment......and Isla, well she is a darling and it is only wallpaper!!!

Two more cards from me today...............................

Thank you to everyone that has left such lovely comments, I really do appreciate them and thank you.xxGaynor

Little Claire and it is Day 3 In a While.

Day 3 and time to add my two cards created using the "In a While" stamp.

This stamp definitely isn't just a "male" stamp...............

On the second card I decided on a more monochrome card and included ribbon threaded through punched slats........two cards with similar layouts but with very different looks.

I don't know about everyone else but I am enjoying also the designs that my teamies have created.
More tomorrow...............DIY................another fabulous stamp.  xxGaynor

New Challenge with Little Claire

I thought long and hard..............anything but a card..............and created my very first little memory album.  The base papers are from Anna Griffin and Craftwork Cards.  The front embellished with prima flowers - large butterfly from Little Claire stamped twice onto patterned papers and embellished using adhesive stones.  Sentiment stamped onto patterned papers cut out and mounted onto a scalloped punched circle.

I am really pleased how it all turned out...............might make another one at some point as I am now at a loss to complete the labels.....lol!!!!

Please check out my teamies...........they have created some wonderful work for this challenge. xxGaynor

Blissful cutie.

As promised more card pics from me today..........more "sweeties" from Little Claire......

I have used the blissful stamp.  She really is such a lovely cutie...........quite adorable!  So very easy to use....plenty of scope for all my embellishments that I love to add...........  I have also pleated the butterfly paper ribbon and added gems.  The butterfly paper was free with a magazine a long time ago including velum which I have fixed using brads.

Blissful has been paper pieced.  The image has been coloured using Promarkers, MS punches and Nestabilities dies.  Sentiment from Little Claire - tags.

Little Claire are getting ready to launch 3 new ranges of stamps..................loads and loads.....and the design team are all being kept very busy being creative............all under wraps until launch....some of which will be launched later this month...........it has been a delight, and lots of fun coming up with new ideas............wait and see.....I am also looking forward to seeing the "magic" created from all the design teamies......

Best sign off.................roast dinner ready............Isla in position for her portion of my tea......bless her she prefers titbits from my plate  rather than eating her own "cat" food..........Don't worry she does get a balanced diet.....one piece for me and one for her:)

Another couple of cards to share.

Little Claire have been very busy updating their design boards and the Design Team were invited to work with some of their older stamp designs.............it felt like a big sweet shop, without the calories!

Here are a couple of cards I have created using and so to bed I have paper pieced on both cards, including the lovely teddy bear on one.

I punched out and sculptured some flowers using the same paper as the pj's added punched out leaves and adhesive crystals to embellish.  Used baker's twine and a button with an added sentiment from Little Claire's  - Little beauties tag sentiments

On this card I have used dies from Mariannes and Nestabilities. Sentiment from the same set as above.

The cards were very quick and straightforward to make using this technique.  More cards to follow over the next few days. xxGaynor

Thank yous

I've been busy making some quick and easy thank you cards.....using a previously uninked stamp from Little Claire, Single Flower - what a tonic and a pleasure to use. Looking forward to spring already.......my favourite time of the year.

One more day before I return to work............I have so enjoyed the break and additional crafting time.  Lucky me!
