Big Hugs from Little Claire
I really enjoyed working with this stamp set....................it will lend itself to so many occasions and can be worked using many different colour pallets.
My hubbie, Phil too enjoyed a "play" he likes to think "outside the box"..................I'm never quite sure what designs he will come up with next!

Cute Squares from Lili of the Valley.
I tend to check my Calendar month by month and like to have cards created and completed prior to the must make syndrome..................a peek through the first 2 months in 2011 meant needing 17 cards................eek. Four of which needing to be male cards........and we all have it "the male what shall I make block."
Fortunately whilst enjoying the Papercrafts Extravaganza at the Harrogate Showground last September I came across the Lili of the Valley stand.....and as usual a beautiful display of stunning cards and stamps. However previously I hadn't noticed their cute squares - a set of 20 squares in a little display wallet......a must have. Fortunately I was shopping with my very good friend Sue and we decided to purchase an assortment of sets and share them........what a delight.
The cards pictured were created using the cute squares vintage boys set...... alongside vintage 12" x 12" papers and craftwork cards card candy, The sentiments are stamps from Lili of the Valley recently purchased................I didn't think that my usual choice for embellishments, prima flowers and / or ribbon would be appreciated!

New Stamp Designs from Little Claire - Preview
Steve from Little Claire will be launching new stamp sets on Create and Craft on Wednesday 12th January 11.00 until 12.00 noon. The Design Team have been working with the stamp sets since November and had to keep their creations under wraps so to speak. Anyhow here are a few of the cards recently created by myself:
January Project Club Stamp..........
Cat in the Window set: A beautiful set so very adaptable. The card with the amber curtains will make a lovely Wedding Anniversary card for my parents................yes they have a lovely cat called Holly!
The card with the vase is now with Little Claire.........................
Another adorable set is to celebrate Christenings.......which can be coloured in various styles to suit mutliple tastes.......I chose to use a blue colour scheme with backing papers to suggest a traditional church baptism! I enjoyed creating a multi dimensional card using circular shapes to add additional interest.
My husband Phil too enjoys being creative: He has worked with the Christening Set, working with a pink colour scheme.......using repeated squares in a trio.
Phil also worked with the soon to be released Wedding set. Two cards, similar colour schemes both mutli-dimensional...............
