Enjoying the half term........rain forecast for tomorrow......oh dear may have to craft.......oh yes please!

Spent all yesterday working on end of year reports, spent time today and had lunch with a very dear friend.................so crafting tomorrow and very much looking forward to it........can plan my layouts whilst drifting off to sleep later.

Quick Cards..........June issue 114 has a project in the Little Claire Designs column at the back made by little "old" me!

I designed the card using the Little Claire Poppy stamp - this is the same stamp that Heidi used on her project yesterday.....please check out the LC Blog for further info.

Currently, this lovely Poppy stamp is on Special offer of just £3.50 until this Thursday from Little Claire.

The card is very similar in layout to a recent weekly Friday project I created for Little Claire using the tree stamp and baking embellishments......please scroll down my blog for piccies and tutorial if interested.  More tomorrow......................xxGaynor

Little Claire's Friday Project

Just back in from a fantastic retail crafty fix at Port Sunlight - gosh the Happy Stampers show is so busy - and also wonderful.  It was really lovely to say hi to so many crafty colleagues many of whom enjoyed the Little Claire Wirral Workshop Day last Saturday.

Yesterday is was my turn for the weekly LC Friday blog project.  I have used one of the projects that I designed and created last weekend.  I had a lovely time and really enjoyed myself, spending a day with craft minded folk a real treat.

I have used the cheery Tulip cat stamp recently released, the two little doggies stamp also works equally well......oh decisions, decisions, so we had both stamps on the table during the workshop!

I added a red border using my poppy promarker around the red and white spotty paper, the card for the stamped image and the green backing paper mount as shown.  This lessened the weight and bulk of the finished card

Promarkers used as shown.

Everything but the Fleur Die is currently available from Little Claire.

Please do check out the Little Claire website for bargain prices on Nestabilities Dies......fabulous assortment, the hardest part actually choosing!

Hope you like my little project................comments always welcomed.

Off now to have a play with some lovely new stamps I purchased this morning.....:) xxGaynor
