Best Friend from Little Claire

An additional card to share using one of the new stamps from Little Claire - "Best Friend".  Such a beautiful image.  I have used promarkers, Martha Stewart Zig Zag punch, a little rafia, button and metal adhesive brads.  Also added a little faux stitching with a black fineliner.

The snow is melting now..........just hope the temps don't drop too low this evening.....I need it safe for my daughter to travel home in between milkings.......tomorrow....wonder if she will be bringing some washing!

Keep safe and warm xxGaynor

More Changing Tree Sets - Day 4

Day 4 and a fabulous "Man" Changing Tree Set plus an "Education" Changing Tree Set.........

The selection of little stamps in the "Man" Set is in excess of the ones I have used in my card...............a wine, shirt and tie theme for me........I have stamped out additional bottles and added with 3D pads.........I think they would look fab being fired from a celebration bottle of something very bubbly!  I have added a sentiment from Little Claire.  I can see myself using this set many times for fabulous personalised cards................

Education - I chose again to just use a few of the selection of little stamps included in this set and decided on a "star" theme, alongside the fabulous owl.........again another versatile set, great for young and old....................I also added a couple of die cut stars, another sentiment from Little Claire.  The papers in both cards are from Craftwork Cards........................

Tomorrow is a project design for Little Claire from one of my teamies.................

If you have liked any of my cards featured this week, please leave me a comment.......and make me smile...............xxGaynor

Yes Miss and Best Friend - Day 3 with LC

Okay the 2 designs released today are brilliant................so easy and quick to work with.......I love the little girl with her chalk board.....I remember the days.........ha ha!

Isn't she a cutie..................I have matted the stamped and colour image using promarkers onto a scalloped square die cut.  The red netting ribbon is from the stash.....have been very brave and actually used some!  I have punched out little stars from a toning backing paper and fixed using 3D foam.  Some adhesive brads added.  I wanted this little miss not to be too girly......even though she does have tiny crystals added to her hair and jean turn ups.........always need "bling!"

Best friend - or a little escape.........thoughts of warmer days enjoying the sun and a walk in the countryside.  I decided that my best friends were walking in the sand dunes on their way to a beach hut escape!  The beach hut ribbon is from Little Claire....also in blue!  Card Candi, faux stitching, adhesive crystals and pearls added............

A further 2 new designs for you tomorrow.............................xxGaynor

Little Claire and Day 2

Tuesday and day 2 of the new releases from Little Claire:  The garden stamp is a wow, so very versatile and very easily personalised for the recipient.  I think it is a fab stamp as is very suitable for a male or female - choose the colour
palette and embellishments, easy peasy!  The card I am sharing today was made on one of those very grey days over Christmas......and I needed some bright sunshine........hence my choice of warm and bright colours.....I felt better once I had completed it anyway!
I stamped out the image, backed onto a light green card and matted onto a Nestabilities die.  I folded an easel card and added backing paper toning with the red, orange, yellow and cream colour choice.  A little garden twine added, buttons to match and special dotted card candi in toning shades.

Same stamp, different colours.......components very similar to the last card.........looks better in real life.......photo let me down a little I think........I was really pleased with the way this one turned out!

Changing tree and Easter Stamps........................a favourite, I have used pastel spring colours, added  fabric flowers fixed with a brad, double layered the border punch and more jummy dotted card candi.  Promarkers for colouring the image........I love those little chicks, and a little faux stitching......please check back tomorrow.......................2 more releases!  xxGaynor

I stamped out and coloured additional cupcakes from the set fixed with 3D foam pads.  Added some rafia string and stitched on 3 buttons.  The punch for the border is a Martha Stewart.  Promarkers for colouring in the images and 3 special little pearls added.  I have also added faux stitching with a promarker black fineliner pen.

Please check back tomorrow.............when there will be two additional releases from Little Claire.

With all this cold and snow, it is lovely to be able to "chill out" in a crafting session:)  Keep safe and warm. xxGaynor
